Airport Transfers
Skybus Super Shuttle is the official transit link between Melbourne Airport and the central business district. It departs every 15 minutes from Southern Cross station, a five-minute walk from the Centre.

Dress
Smart casual/business attire for all Symposium sessions. Lounge suit for the Symposium dinner.
Insurance
It is strongly recommended that delegates take out adequate medical, travel and personal insurance before travelling.
Liability disclaimer
In the event of industrial disruption or other unforeseen circumstances, the Symposium organisers accept no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delegates.
Name badges
The wearing of identification badges is mandatory and will be required for admission to all sessions, the exhibition and Symposium social functions.
No smoking policy
Delegates should be aware that smoking is not allowed in public buildings and many hotels and restaurants throughout Australia, including the Symposium venue.
Public Transport
Tram: Tram numbers 96, 112 and 109 travel down Spencer/Clarendon Streets and stop opposite the Clarendon Street entrance of the Melbourne Exhibition Centre
Tram numbers 48 and 70 stop at the end of Flinders Street. Walk towards the Yarra River, across the new pedestrian bridge
Train: Take the train to Southern Cross Station. Tram numbers 96, 109 and 112 travel past Southern Cross Station down Spencer/Clarendon Streets and stop opposite the Melbourne Exhibition Centre.

The registration desk will be located on Level 1 of the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. Registration desk hours are:
