*Student registration is available for full-time students who are not currently employed and will only be confirmed upon receipt of a copy of your student ID card (by facsimile or mail), or a faxed statement from your supervisor verifying your student status.

Payment of fees
Registrations will not be processed or confirmed until payment in full is received. Payment may be made by:
Cheque - please make payable to: National Prescribing Service Limited. All payments must be in Australian Dollars.
Credit card - MasterCard or Visa only. Note that payments will appear as Expert Events on your credit card statement.
Registration acknowledgment
Your registration and payment will be immediately acknowledged via email (if registering online) or within 10 days of receipt of your hard copy registration form. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your form. If you do not receive a copy of your registration confirmation within this time, please email nms2010@expertevents.com.au or telephone the Symposium Secretariat on (07) 3848 2100.

Cancellations and refund policy
Cancellations must be advised in writing to the Symposium Secretariat. Registration cancellations received up to Monday 19 April 2010 will receive a refund of registration fees, less an administrative charge of $100. Refunds for cancellations received after Monday 19 April 2010 will be at the discretion of the Organising Committee. Eligible refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the Symposium. Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the Symposium provided the Symposium Secretariat is advised in writing.
On-site registration
If you have not registered by Wednesday 19 May 2010 you will need to register on-site. The registration desk will be open from 15:00 on Wednesday 26 May 2010. On-site registrants are not guaranteed a satchel, dinner ticket and conference materials.
